I Started Rising Tide Development in 2018 after several years of development work with other companies. My experience is in land development, vertical construction and countless hours working with the city of Cedar Falls planning and zoning and city councils. I volunteered and served 3 years on the planning and zoning commission for the city of Cedar Falls before stepping down. I was one of the founding board members of the Cedar Falls Economic Development Corporation and served on their executive committee for the first 2 years of existence.
