Cedar Falls Storage
Cedar Falls Storage is a state of the art self-storage facility on the South side of Cedar Falls. The facility includes 120 units, 40 of which are drive-up climate controlled. This is the second self-storage facility that Brian and his team have built from the ground up. Brian and his partner, Buck Kerndt, share responsibilities on this project and hope to have the facility done in Summer of 2025.

Cottages On Clay
Cottages on Clay is an exciting redevelopment project nestled just steps from the vibrant downtown Cedar Falls district, aiming to create a harmonious community of 12, beautifully designed, single-family homes. Embracing a captivating and "nested" cottage court layout, this enchanting pocket neighborhood will serve as a shining model of walkable urban revitalization, inspiring other cities to follow suit. This transformative housing initiative will breathe new life into a previously vacant and under-utilized site. This site was previously home to a church, which sat vacant for years. Brian and his team took care of acquisition of the property, demolition of the building, and is currently working through the vertical construction of the homes on the site.
